The European Regulation 679/2016 or "General Data Protection Regulation" fully replaces the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196. The data protection officer (dpo) it is not named because Gv Oggettistica does not fall within the three cases provided for by article 37. 

The purpose of the processing is to complete the existing contract: 

• To pay for the supply of products or services in the case of a supply;
• To provide the provisions of the contract in the case of an object sale;

The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the commercial relationship created by the sale or purchase of goods and / or services, as article 6 paragraph b and c of the reg. eu. 679/16.

The personal data you provide as interested party: employee, customer or supplier (The natural person to whom the personal data refers), will be processed in compliance with the legislative provisions in force, using manual, computer and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and may involve all the operations provided for by Article 4, paragraph 2 of EU Regulation 679/16. In any case, all data are processed in compliance with the law and the confidentiality obligations imposed by the same. Geographic scope of processing: Your personal data will always be processed within the European community.

Food container: Your personal data will be processed exclusively for administrative - accounting purposes for a period not exceeding that required by current tax legislation for the conservation of documents (10 years). Even your request for cancellation cannot prevail over this type of conservation.

Profiling: Your data will not be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing, such as to produce in the abstract legal effects that concern you or that significantly affect your person in a similar way.

Cancellation and Rectification: you have the right to know, at any time, what your data are with the individual data controllers, that is, at our company or with the aforementioned subjects to whom we communicate them, as well as how they are used; he also has the right to have them updated, supplemented, rectified or deleted, to request their blocking and to oppose their treatment. To exercise your rights, as well as for more detailed information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated or who become aware of them as managers or agents, you can contact the data controller, identified at the beginning informative.
